The founder has over 18 years of industry experience working and consulting for companies such as Lend Lease, Meinhardt, Turner & Townsend, RMIT University, the Victorian State Government and private equity backed direct property funds, managing projects with gross realisation values up to $400M.

This leadership and experience guides the team at Reshape Group to apply “out of the square” thinking to every project managed to achieve great urban design, economic, social and environmental outcomes.

Our Services

Reshape Group provide integrated property solutions for commercial and residential projects. Our core services include development management services and real estate transactions advisory.

We specialize in managing broadacre and infill development sites across commercial and residential sectors. Whilst these are two distinct asset classes, we attempt to combine these with our developments to achieve a better urban design outcome and improved site yields.

Our Commercial experience include managing medium to large mixed-use developments such as fuel and fast food, activity centres and purpose-built facilities such as student accommodation, hotels and retirement living.

Our Residential experience include low to medium density residential developments with broadacre land subdivision projects and high density residential(apartments) with mixed-use infill development sites.

We also provide tailored program management solutions for clients developing brownfield sites. Our clients leverage through our in-depth knowledge and industry networks to fulfill their real estate needs and achieve desired project outcomes.

Development Management

Reshape Group provide full turnkey development management solutions for our clients by undertaking development feasibilities, project planning, town planning and project management.

We initially undertake a briefing process to understand all client or capital partner requirements. This assists us to source the most suitable sites through our acquisition channels, prepare preliminary concepts and undertake feasibilities.

If the feasibility meets the client or capital partner financial hurdles, the site may be acquired on conclusion of a satisfactory due diligence.

We will then undertake a detail project planning phase including concept development, costing and pre-leasing. On successful completion of the project planning phase, we then manage the town planning phase, including preparation of all documentation, lodgment and oversee until approval.

Real Estate Advisory

Reshape Group provide end-to-end tailored real estate solutions for our clients with site acquisitions and disposals during or on completion of the project, due diligence services, JV advice and deal structuring and tenancy leasing. We will negotiate terms on transactions and leasing that result in a win-win outcome for all parties involved.

We manage a robust pre-acquisition due diligence process on all new sites. These requirements may vary depending on client needs and site complexity.

Project Management

Reshape Group provide a full suite of project management and superintendent services for our clients. We provide full design management services to develop town planning documentation to undertake a competitive tender. We will prepare all tender documentation and manage the tender process including all assessments, negotiations until contract award.

We then provide superintendent services to manage the contract and oversee the builder until completion and financial close.

Program Management

Reshape Group will assist our clients with planning and delivering multiple projects within a capital works program. We prepare budgets, timelines, forecast cash flow requirements and regularly monitor progress during the delivery phase. Any bottlenecks or program risks are escalated and reported through to all the relevant stakeholders so that the necessary actions could be taken to remedy or eliminate these risks.

We will work with our clients network growth strategy for acquiring new tenancies, tenancy exists, business initiatives to refresh or rebrand the existing property portfolio with new concepts. We will work with the property and store development teams to produce construction programs, procurement schedules and construction estimates for capital expenditure planning.
