Responsible for design management for the expansion of a live correctional centre manged by GEO Group on behalf of the Department of Justice and Regulation.

Consultancy to RMIT University to provide development management of a 75,000 GFA, PCA Grade A, 40 level mixed use tower in Melbourne CBD.


Obtained town planning approval.


The mixed-use commercial tower included retail space, academic space, office space and 1000+ student apartments with 6 Star Green Star rating. The base building design and building envelope was integrated with the internal fit-out, requiring complex stakeholder management including the land owner, funder, tenants (RMIT/Scape) and internal university stakeholders to deliver the best project outcome.

The Commonwealth Bank of Australia launched a national branch refurbishment program (“Project Edison”) with their new interior design. The program in Victoria involved design and fit-out of 15 bank branch sites in Victoria.


Responsible for managing multiple key stakeholders from the bank with teams of consultants and subcontractors to achieve the best outcomes for the bank.


The projects were delivered in a “live” environment, hence all works had to be staged out of hours and logistics planned carefully to meet the strict OH&S guidelines of the bank.
